Mike Yerardi
Mike grew up in Hudson and graduated from Hudson High School. Needless to say he didn’t venture far from home. He’s been in the real estate business ever since he used to help his grandmother paint units in between her new tenants. He’s been personally investing for just shy of 15 years. Recently a new Dad, Mike, his wife Lauren and pup Cooper welcomed Autumn Yerardi in 2022.
Steve Yerardi
Steve has been in the real estate business for over 30 years. Also long-time owner of an Automotive Repair shop, Steve is no rookie when it comes to the fast-paced world of business. In his spare time Steve enjoys time with is wife Pat, watching the B’s, working on and cruising in his 1970’s classic car and walking his dog/mini-bear Roxxy.
Alex DeSouza
Alex has had the opportunity to run many businesses over the years from a cleaning company to a tile glazing and construction company. Alex, and family reside in Auburn, MA and enjoy traveling any chance they can get away to the beach or the slopes.

Giving Back to the Community
The BFit Heroes Cup located in Marlborough, MA is a weekend-long event Sponsored by the Boston Bruins and National Grid designed to bring firefighters, police officers, EMS and military members together to raise funds and awareness for the charities they choose to fundraise for by participating in the tournament. This year the tournament raised over $400,000.00 for various charities.
Each team is allowed to have one “civilian” on the team, and Mike has been lucky enough to be asked for the last several years by the Hudson Fire/Police team. This year, the team raised funds for “Team Anne”. Anne Hubert is a Hudson resident who is courageously battling cancer. Anne is also the sister of our own Hudson Firefighter, (Goalie) Richard Hubert. As a bonus for winning this year, the tournament awarded the team an extra $1,000.00 towards “Team Anne.”
